PROFESSIONAL CE STANDARD GRAVITY SLICERS
GPE 250 GRAVITY SLICERS
These are made from a die cast aluminium alloy which is treated for food processing according to current EC directives. The structure of the machine is made in strict accordance with standard EN 1974 for professional slicers. A reset switch is included. The carriage is fixed and the sharpener provided is only fitted onto the carriage when necessary.
GRAVITY SLICERS - GPR 220/250/300 SG
Made from anodized aluminium which is suitable for food processing. The structure of the machine is made in strict accordance with standard EN 1974 for professional slicers. The machines have a 12V switch with two reset buttons. The carriage is fixed. In model GPR 300SG the carriage can be removed for cleaning as there is a device which blocks the table.
"FAP" PROFESSIONAL CE GRAVITY SLICERS
These slicers have been built with a fixed ring which protects the cutting edge of the blade even if the central blade cover and the sharpener have been removed during cleaning and maintenance of the machine. The structure of the machine is made in strict accordance with standard EN 1974 for professional slicers. The machines have a double switch with a relay which requires manual re-starting (reset) if a power failure occurs. The carriage is fixed and can only be removed for cleaning with a special tool.

The machine is made in accordance with standard EN 1974 for professional slicers. These machines have a 12V switch with two reset buttons; the carriage is removable and has a blocking device and slides on a ground bar with bearings, it has a tempered chrome blade.

AUTO 350 GRAVITY SLICER
Made from aluminium and stainless steel with a patented surface treatment suitable for food processing and highly resistant to corrosion, this machine complies with standard EN 1974 for professional slicers. It has a 12V switch with two reset buttons, the motorised carriage is removable and has a handle blocking device.
There is a switch which allows for the selection of two different carriage lengths, for large or small cuts of meat. It has a chrome tempered stainless steel blade.
