Kilkenny Cooling Systems Ltd. was established in 1972 and is a leading manufacturer of refrigerated storage equipment for the dairy, brewing, food processing and retail sectors. ADGER works closely with Kilkenny Cooling Systems in the specific design of its products to best suit the end user. Coldroom Construction

Insulated panels are formed from high-density (40kg/sq.m) polyurethane foam and clad in premium grade galvanised steel with a white, food safe PVC coating.
Corrosion resistant locks and receivers are included as an integral part of the panel at manufacture, giving a tight and secure fit between panels in assembly.
The panels are formed with tongue and groove edges for rigidity.

• Polyurethane foam conforms to fire safety standard BS4735
• Corrosion resistant locks and receivers
• Tongued and grooved edges
• Internal corners are finished with PVC coving

• Modular construction based on 100mm increments creates purpose built rooms of varying sizes
• Standard heights of 2.0m and 2.2m
• Other heights of up to 10m available on request

Floors

Standard floor 80mm or 100mm polyurethane panels coated in 2mm non-slip PVC coated material. A reinforeced floor with 1.2mm aluminium tread-plate and 10mm marine plywood is available for heavier loads such as pallet trucks.

• Doors can be supplied either hinged or sliding
• Standard ope sizes are: 0.8m x 1.89m or 1.4m x 1.89m
• Off standard sizes can be made to order
• In low temperature applications the door surround is fitted with a low voltage heater element to prevent the door freezing shut
• Doors include locks, which are supplied with keys and are fitted with an internal release mechanism for added safety

• Freezer doors are fitted with a PRV to equalise air pressure between the room and the outside environment

• Free standing food quality shelving
• Butcher's fittings including overhead rails and side wall rails
• Plastic curtains
• Shelving

• Ideal for supermarkets, convenience stores and off license premises
• Easy access rear personnel doors can be fitted to facilitate re-stocking
• Display shelving supplied as standard

Camshelving works in any environment - frozen, wet or dry. It is ideal for use in walk in refrigerators and freezers because it is weld - free and rust proof.
Camshelving - the revolutionary shelving system manufactured by Cambro, is exclusive to Kilkenny Cold Rooms.

• Easy to Clean: The smooth polypropylene surface is easy to wipe clean. It is weld-free and seamless so liquids and dirt will not collect inside crevices. Shelf plates can be easily removed and washed in a dishwasher.

• Internal and external surfaces in galvanised steel sheet with alimentar quality PVC coating or stainless steel.

• Non slip floor in AISI 304 stainless steel.
