Position available as Building Services Engineer Job Description The company is currently offering the exciting prospect in the role of Building Services Engineer within the company. Mandatory Skills Requirements Must have previous experience in the following areas: · Procurement of Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contracts, Materials & Services · Site Assessments for new and existing Building Services Installations, Maintenance, & Improvements · Specification of Materials & Services for Building Services Projects · Preparation of Detailed Building Services Drawings · Quantifying of Materials & Services · Project Management · Site Personnel Management & Project Reviews The applying candidate must be/have the following: be eager to learn & teach; have a strong work ethic; have good personal initiative; have a continual drive to improve themselves with something they do on every task; have a significant level of speed and accuracy in processing daily tasks efficiently and enjoy a fast moving and exciting work environment while dealing with day to day issues. Candidates would need to fulfil having a minimum requirement of having the following: good computer skills; general customer relations skills, good technical, electrical, mechanical and general engineering intuition and understanding.
