NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS To All Customers,
Due to the continued increases in the day to day costs of doing business in Ireland and the UK,
We have continued to absorb these extra costs and managed not to increase the prices of our goods or services to our customers to date, and have in some instances managed to reduce the cost to our customers, of some goods and services. However, we can only continue to do so with your co-operation.
Also, almost all of our suppliers are now enforcing a policy of payment in advance for their products due to their current economic positions.
As a result of all of the above, in order for us to maintain a viable business in these areas and continue to provide an efficient and reliable service to all of our customers, it is with great regret that on review of our credit facility to customers, we have concluded that it is no longer possible to offer any of our current credit terms. This will be reviewed regularly but is most lightly to remain in place for the foreseeable future.
With immediate effect, payment in full for ALL invoices will fall due from the date of issue of each invoice. All currently outstanding amounts and invoices dated prior to this are also now due in full for payment. All parts being ordered must be paid for in full, prior to dispatch. All non-stock items must be paid for in full, at the time of ordering.
Please note that all relevant parties who are concerned with this information on the behalf of the customer should be notified immediately of the same and the customer should be informed that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure to do so. These terms will supersede any previously agreed payment terms or payment terms on currently printed documents with immediate effect and interest will be charged on all overdue payments.
As it is only with the co-operation of all customers in this matter that we will be able to continue to efficiently offer all the goods and services we currently do, your understanding of this change would be greatly appreciated.
