Jordao Saladette Units
Functioning Saladete models have ventilated refrigeration and auto condensate evaporation without extra consumption. A digital controller runs running temperatures and defrosting. The storage compartment allows the easy placement of shelves and containers. Rear doors have a blocking system at 90°. Both models have levellers for height adjusting.
Resistance All models have metallic structure with anti-corrosion protection. Exterior parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304 scotch-brite. Insulation by injected polyurethane. Options - GN shelves 1/1 (325*530); - GN pans, 5 standard models available in 2 different heights.
