Jordao Countertop Saladette Displays
Functioning The refrigerated counter top for GN pans are available in two depths and cooling systems: natural convection 354mm deep for GN1/2 pans and fan assisted 454mm deep for GN1/1 pans. Four different superstructures are available, but not for all versions. Defrosting cycles and functioning temperatures run by an electronic controller. Optional extras - HACCP control; - Gastronorm pans.
