Versatility

The 700 l models may be delivered with 1 or 2 doors and 1400 l with 2, 3 or 4 doors.
Stainless Steel or White Skinplate finish. Glass doors versions are also available, but full doors only.


Functioning

For Pastry, we offer 2 versions, positive and negative. The Gastronorm models have 3 versions: positive, negative and combi. The refrigeration system is always fan assisted excepted for the Pastry positive cabinet (see chart).
Defrost water evaporation by means of an electrical resistance.
A digital controller rules the running temperatures and defrosting cycles.


Resistance

All models have 55 mm polyurethane insulation.
The doors have magnetic seals at the four sides for a perfect close.
Levellers for height adjustments (50 mm).


Options

As standard features, we offer: 16 shelf (400*600 or 410*610) support pairs by full door and 6 pairs by half door for Pastry models. Gastronorm ones are delivered with 8 shelf support pairs and 4 GN 2/1 grid shelves by full door.

The optional accessories are:
- Meat & Poultry bar;
- GN grid shelves (530*650);
- Pastry grid shelves (400*600);
- Shelf supports;
-Door lock (with factory assembly).
