Coven Prover 9
It is a warming proving cupboard which completes the cooking ovens; particularly the ovens of the N5P and N8P series.
The door is made of tempered glass, 8 mm thick.
It includes a timer and a thermometer for the adjustment of time and leavening time. An acoustic signal indicates the end of the set time.

Besides a timer and a thermometer, Prover 10 also includes an automatic humidifier to increase the level of humidity during proofing.
